probably know TUZAnagi, my first joke character, and his cheap stuff?! If you had not enough
with him, then use "REGALO PARA TI"!
Why this name? I don't know in fact... "Rugal" is close to "Regalo" ("present" in Spanish)
and since my TUZAnagi has a ridiculous name, then joke version of Omega Rugal must have one.
Also, please DON'T REQUEST THE ORIGINAL VERSION OF "CCI OMEGA RUGAL", I'm not going to give
it to you. Remember my Kof95 characters are private and will never be released.
