-Argumento-

Basado en el manga del mismo nombre publicado en España y que todavía sigue abierto, este anime nos trae a lo largo de sus 12 episodios una historia sobre mafias, terroristas, empresarios corruptos y rehenes inocentes.

Mientras Okajima Rokuro visita el sudeste de Asia llevando un disco de alto secreto, es secuestrado por los piratas del lanzador de torpedos "Black Lagoon". Aunque pensó que sería rescatado pronto, la compañía para la que trabaja lo abandona y manda mercenarios a recuperar el disco. Consigue escapar con vida, pero no tiene a donde ir. Decide olvidar su nombre y su pasado y vivir como un miembro del Black Lagoon.
