HISTORIA
"Sakurada Jun era un estudiante de la escuela secundaria, hasta que un día dejó de ir a clase y se encerró en su habitación, teniendo como única afición la compra de artículos misteriosos por internet. Su hermana mayor, Nori, siempre está preocupada por él, intentando que vuelva a la escuela y sea de nuevo un chico normal.
Un día, encuentra una misteriosa carta en su cuarto con una pregunta: ""¿Le darás cuerda?"" ""¿No le darás cuerda?"". Jun entusiasmado por el misterio que conlleva, marca la primera opción.
Cuando se da la vuelta encuentra una extraña caja en medio de su habitación. Al abrirla se encuentra con una antigua muñeca, pero que parece tan real como si tuviese vida. Al darle cuerda la muñeca comienza a moverse. Shinku ha despertado con una pregunta para Jun:
""¿Juras sobre este anillo que protegerás mi rosa mística?"""

HISTORIA
Las vacaciones de verano llegan, pero Jun Sakurada no puede descansar. Se pasa el día en la biblioteca intentando recuperar el tiempo perdido el tiempo que estuvo encerrado en su casa. Mientras tanto, su muñecas Rozen Maiden, Shinku, ha estado teniendo problemas para dormir. El dolor y la tristeza de derrotar a Suigintou son muy fuertes, a pesar de que su enfrentamiento era inevitable. Tras despertar de pronto de una pesadilla se encuentra con el espíriu compañero de Suiginto vagando por ahí. Decide seguirlo y eso le lleva a descubrir que la séptima muñeca (Barasuishou) ha despertado. Es entonces cuando se da cuenta de que todas pueden seguir el destino de Suiginto, puesto que la aparación de la última muñeca indica el comienzo del fin del Alice Game.

HISTORIA
Nos situamos en la época del anterior Juego de Alice. Mientras por un lado Shinku combate contra Souseiseki, por otro Suigintou busca incesantemente a su Padre, que la abandonó antes de completarla.
Cuando se encuentra con Shinku, esta se da cuenta que Suigintou no sabe nada acerca de las Rozen Maiden ni sobre el Juego de Alice, por lo que pretende que viva como una muñeca normal.
Suigintou, al descubrir que ha sido engañada por Shinku le pedirá explicaciones.
