Esta serie de 3 ONA's de Mobile Suit Gundam SEED C.E.73 STARGAZER, tiene lugar paralelamente a Gundam SEED Destiny, en el momento en que Junius 7 cae en la tierra. Aquí la trama gira alrededor de Sven Cal Bayan, un joven Natural de 19 años, miembro de Phantom Pain (ejercito privado dirigido por Logos) y es el piloto del Mobil Suit GAT-X105E - Strike Noir. Junto a él forman un equipo otros 2 pilotos: Mudie Holcroft, quien es la piloto del GAT-X1022 - Blu Duel y Shams Coza, el piloto del GAT-X103AP - Verde Buster.

Por otro lado, se encuentran los personajes Selene McGriff, Coordinadora, encargada del proyecto Stargazer (GSX-401FW) de la DSSD (Deep Space Survey and Development Organization ó Organización de Inspección y Desarrollo del Espacio Interplanetario) y Edmund du Clos, Director de seguridad de esa entidad, quien se encuentra enamorado de ella.
