HISTORIA
En un lejano universo, la humanidad se divide en dos bandos; por un lado está la Union y por el otro lados los Deagues. Ambos están en guerra desde ya hace muchos años y no parece tener fin. Los Union tienen la tecnología de unas naves-mecha llamada Strain (STRategic Armored INfantry) que solo pueden ser manejados por Reasoners (pilotos) que tengan una interfase llamada Mimic (Ministerial Instrument of Mercurion Interface Core) que posee los códigos genéticos extraidos al nacimiento del piloto (por lo que es único e irremplazable). Los Deages, en cambio, poseen unas mechas llamadas Tumor (Tactical Unmanned Maneuver ORb) que se manejan independientemente sin intervensión humana.
Ralph Werec es un excelente piloto del Strain y es llamado a la frontera ubicado a 130 años luz de allí. Su pequeña hermana, Sara, no quiere que su querido Ralph se vaya ya que sería la última vez que lo vería, aun cuando sobreviva de la batalla, Sara estaría muerta según la teoria de la relatividad. Por ello, al final Sara le dice que algún día se convertiría en una Reason e iría a buscarlo en su propio Strain.
