Sinopsis:
Satome Kazuya, un estudiante de la prestigiosa Universidad de Industrias Osza no Mizu, nunca fue bueno con las mujeres. La muchacha que vive al lado continuamente le gasta bromas pero a él no le importa. Absorbido por su trabajo, crea un robot con forma de Pulpo que usa inteligencia artificial avanzada. Un día, su rival le da un misterioso CD-ROM que contiene un virus, con la intención de destruir su ordenador y arruinar su trabajo. Sin embargo, el CD lo lleva a una página web donde, por accidente, encarga una chica robot de 4'' diseñada para ayudar en las tareas del hogar.
