El anime nos dice de nuevo 2 historias, la primera historia toma lugar en el pasado. HimuraYuuconoce a una chica Yuuko que parece conocerlo, pero él no la conoce, sin embargo el pronto recuerda que ella fue una chica que conoció en su infancia. Yuuko le dice algo que él no sabía. El fue su primer amor desde ese entonces, y ese amor no ha terminado. La segunda historia nos pone en el presente después de los eventos de la serie anterior. Kuze conoce al primo de Renji, Mizuki y ellos pasan demasiado tiempo junto. Sin saberlo Kuze ha sido contagiada de una enfermedad que le deja los días contados. Kuze ha decidido romper los lazos pero las cosas van mal cuando Mizuki le dice que lo ama.
