"Switch" es un manga sobre Matori, el departamento de control de drogas de la policia de Japon. Siguiendo un trama vastante unconvencional, somos introducidos a diferentes situaciones que los investigadores de Matori enfrentan, atraves de los ojos de Eto Kai, un nuevo investigador y nuestro personaje principal, y Kubayashi Hal su compañero en las investigaciones. Sin embargo Kai es mas de lo que aparenta ser y aunque sea amable y no le guste pelear se transforma en una maquina asesina en ciertas circunstancias, por que pasa esto? y que esconde su pasado y el de Hal?
